ANDON Dashboard Bug Fixes

Our customers who use the Dashboard application will know our ANDON system displays colored tiles based on your station's current status. However, there was a refresh issue related to the use of 'custom pause reason colors', particularly for sub-reasons. If you used a unique color for a pause reason, when your operator returned to Build from Pause, that color failed to clear (unless you refreshed the page entirely). This has been fixed.

Similarly, when you first loaded the ANDON dashboard, if your station was already in SETUP and your operator moved into BUILD, the auto-refresh feature of the dashboard failed to clear the text 'SETUP:' in front of the estimated completion time for the job. This too has been fixed.

Unit Review Bug Fixes

Most of the 'bug' fixes related to Unit Review during Publishing was tied to visual changes needed. For instance, if you had multiple users who could review a step, if you hovered over the 3-dot menu in the lower corner of any step tile you would see their names listed. Previously you could click on those checkboxes. It would do nothing other than confuse you visually. We've changed that so you only see them checked if the review is complete.

However, on the functional side of things, you used to be able to 'add a variant' to a unit's step list even if the steps were under review. We've since removed this ability, and took away the visual 3-dot menu from Draft steps that are currently under review. This makes sense, as we don't want editing to be happening to steps that are currently under publishing review.

And we've fixed a bug related to the way that Scheduled Publishing was handled. If you set a future date for publishing a unit and you had already completed your review of all steps, the unit itself waits in holding until the date you want it published. But what happened if you removed the date? Well it used to do nothing, sadly. We've fixed that issue and now it will immediately send the unit for publishing as it should.

Other Minor Adjustments:

  • We updated the way that deleted users' compass access keys were handled when they'd previously been set as Inspectors and subsequently removed from the user list instead of removed from the Inspectors list.
  • And we've fixed a visual issue in the Station drop down list for the Station NVA report.
